SHIPPING PROCESS & FEES
We usually ship your order on 3 next business days.
As some articles are not in stock, please allow 5 to 7 business days for manufacturing your item, as it has to be handcrafted on order.
If you need to place an urgent order, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping price will be displayed while placing your order. We do our best to provide our customers with fair shipping rates based on accurate weighting of our goods.
• Belgium : < 100 gr : 2€ / < 250 gr : 4€ / < 500 gr : 6€
• EU : < 100 gr : 6€ / < 250 gr : 10€ / < 500 gr : 12€
• World : < 100 gr : 6€ / < 250 gr : 10€ / < 500 gr : 15€
Belgian orders are usually delivered in 48 hours.
EU orders are usually delivered in 3 to 4 business days.
World orders are usually delivered in 8 to 10 business days.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been shipped.
If you don't receive your tracking information within 48 hours of making your order then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please allow up to 10 days for EU orders and up to 3 weeks for overseas orders before placing a lost or stolen request at email@example.com.
Products may not be returned nor exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault. Under these circumstances goods may be returned within seven days of delivery date, provided the following conditions apply:
The product must be new, unused, with the original label and tags and in it’s original packaging.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Ester Manas will offer a refund (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays. Goods should be returned to the adresse displayed on the packaging
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
