Shipping policy

Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and French public holidays). For made-to-order pieces, please refer to the product description for the specific timeframe indicated prior to shipping.

Delivery
EU Orders: delivery generally takes 2-4 business days once shipped.
International Orders: delivery generally takes 4-10 business days once shipped.

Fees
The shipping charges are the following:
Belgium: 6€
EU: 12€
Rest of the world*: 30€

Shipping is free for all orders over 350€.

Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). For deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes remain the Customer's responsibility. For more questions or concerns regarding international shipments, please email contact@estermanas.com.

*We currently do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Iraq, Kiribati, Malawi, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna. Order Status
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. All orders are fully traceable on the shipping company's website via the tracking link. If tracking information is not received within 48 hours, please contact us at contact@estermanas.com. For account holders, the "Orders" section provides general status updates. Please double-check shipping information; changes can only be made before shipment confirmation. Ester Manas is not responsible for incorrect or invalid addresses provided at checkout.
