ABOUT US
Ester Manas is a Brussels-based independent fashion house founded in 2019. We design, size-inclusive ready-to-wear (XS to 4XL) using deadstock and European materials. We operate on a tight-drop model with an established international community. We are entering a new phase of commercial development.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an e-commerce and growth professional to join our team and lead the next stage of our digital and sales development.
The role covers Shopify management and optimisation, email marketing, the development of our custom order offering and the identification of strategic retail partners across key markets. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven position. You will work closely with the founding team and have real influence over the commercial direction of the house.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven e-commerce experience in fashion or lifestyle, with measurable results
- Proficient in Shopify and email marketing platforms
- Comfortable reading and acting on sales data
- Sensitive to the codes of independent fashion
- Experience across French, British or American markets is an advantage
- Based in Brussels or open to relocating
- Fluency in French and English required
