Exchanges policies
All items can only be exchanged twice for another item or online/store credit within 5 days but not refunded. Online credit cannot be exchanged for cash refund at any point. Discounted products can not be exchanged. We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. Exchanges are sent out to you free of shipping charge.
We gladly accept to exchange any unworn, unwashed piece.s within 5 days of receiving your online order. All items that are returned must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. (dust bag, hangers, garment bag, all labels attached).
We do not accept returned pieces with makeup stains or with a smell of perfume. Please be careful when trying on the garments. You can try the item.s without causing any sort of deterioration. If the item.s have been used or aren’t returned with original packaging you will lose your right of exchange and the item.s will be returned to you.
International Shipping Disclaimer
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
Lost/stolen Packages
Please allow up to 10 days for EU orders and up to 3 weeks for overseas orders before placing a lost or stolen request at contact@estermanas.com.
Defective Item
We pay great attention to the quality of our products. However, if you wish to report a manufacturing defect on an item received, please contact our customer service by e-mail at contact@estermanas.com.
