Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and French public holidays). For made-to-order pieces, please refer to the product description for the specific timeframe indicated prior to shipping.

Delivery

EU Orders: delivery generally takes 2-4 business days once shipped.

International Orders: delivery generally takes 4-7 business days once shipped.

Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination. For international orders, additional duties, fees or import taxes may occur, this is the responsibility of the customer. We offer free shipping for all orders over 350€.

Ester Manas is not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Order Status

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. All orders are fully traceable on the shipping company’s website via the tracking link. If tracking information is not received within 48 hours, please contact us at contact@estermanas.com. For account holders, the “Orders” section provides general status updates. Please double-check shipping information; changes can only be made before shipment confirmation. Ester Manas is not responsible for incorrect or invalid addresses provided at checkout.
